The units are great-sized with private bathroom.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, quiet, and offer a lovely view.

Great service - we were escorted to the apartment by Fabio. The view was amazing - we could have stayed there for weeks! We had two bedrooms and a private bath downstairs. Shared the kitchen with the upstairs tenants.

The breakfast part of the b&b was less than expected. It was prepare for yourself milk, corn flakes, individually packaged croissants, toast, jam, butter, coffee, tea.

Definitely want to stay in that area again, enjoyed this place, thanks a lot. The place is fabulous and has marvellous location right in the town centre. The hotel offers tastefully decorated, fabulous rooms with balcony, great views, private bathroom. Staff is very very helpful and you can park your car nearby.

The place was pleasant, I had a great time, and the location was fantastic, being very close to the historic city center, Piazza Del Campo.

We stayed at the B&B in July 2011 and we really loved our stay at the B&B Terzi Di Siena. It's in a great location and has an amazing view from the balcony (its on the 6th floor, so don't bring a heavy suitcase as there is no lift) and a great feel to the place. It has a shared kitchen area with all utensils you need, which is great and shared bathroom, which was kept very clean. We also enjoyed having a glass of red on the balcony soaking up the view and socialising with the other guests. We would stay there again :-)

The only thing I didn't like was that it had no air conditioner, although there was a fan and it was pretty hot in our room.

Cleanliness

Located at 4th floor, poor breakfast

The location is great with public parking nearby, the building is nice, the rooms are quiet, fabulous, and come with a bathroom; the WiFi and coffee were convenient amenities.

Nobody on location when I arrived. I must telephone to owner and wait for their arrival on site. The room is on 5 flor without elevator.

Clean and nice room in the centre of Siena with great views. But two negative details: 5th floor without elevator and a very poor self service breakfast

Great spot in a charming area, just a short walk from the famous sights like the Duomo and other key tourist spots. Plenty of cool restaurants around to grab a bite. 🍵 Don't miss out on a visit to Nannini for a nice cup of coffee or tea.

Great value, very clean, quiet and convenient.

There were many stairs to climb to get to the room, five or six flights but it was still worthwhile as this made the terrace views even better....

Amazing view from the balcony. One of the best ones you can get in Siena.

No elevator.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and informative, and the location is perfect in the heart of the city.

The breakfast selection here includes crackers, jams, and cornflakes. It's my favorite place in the area.
